Change Your Life, Rise Each Morning With the Magic 5


Welcome back to The Mindset Chick Podcast. I'm so happy to have you here. Today, we are going to be really diving into visualization. Even more into, why it's important, why it works so well, why everybody should do this and how it's going to allow your goals to manifest faster.

In this episode, I want to jump into one of the most powerful things about the Magic 5 Morning Mindset Routine, it's the visualization. It's one of my favorite things to do because you can really feel all the emotions and the energy and that connection when you're closing your eyes and feeling what you feel, seeing what you see here and what you hear. It's pretty powerful.

• Before I really was aware of a lot of this, and practiced this a lot, I would hold on to the fear of the self-doubt, I would allow that to manifest. Oh yeah, I couldn't do that. Nobody could do this. That voice in my head. You're right, you're right. Who am I kidding? Why would I think that I could do something like this so fast, I mean, this is crazy, this is insane. So I would listen to that voice, I would attach to that story, and that would become my reality. (3:32)

• The more in tune and in alignment you're going to be with that story, the better you're going to feel, and the more that you're going to believe that that's a possibility. You're going to drown out the other thoughts that don't serve you, and you're going to step into that more empowering story. (5:40)

• So you're looking at what's going on, and you think of your goal and you feel it outside of yourself. Okay? You're like, 'Oh wow, I really love to be that person that has more income or a person who's hit that big goal. The person who's friendly and has more friends'. So, you're thinking about yourself outside of yourself, it's not a part of you. And with visualization, you're connecting that future self, that goal with who you are now. So, when you close your eyes, you're making the picture real and you're really stepping into that version of you. (11:47)

• So mindset, it's a practice, and the more you practice, the better and better you get. The more you learn how to tune your energy and beliefs into really, really believing that what you want to come to fruition, can and will happen, and you're visualizing that, you're feeling it and you're drowning out a lot of the fear or the self-doubt. You're not getting attached to that story and the faster things will start manifesting in your life. But this is a practice. Just like learning how to drive a car, or learning how to play the piano. (16:04)

• There's some other stuff to manifestation that we're going to talk about in the next series, about clearing out the mental junk. And we're going to dive deeper into some other practices that are going to just allow you to become a master at at this. So, give yourself grace and know that, every step, is a step in the right direction. (17:40)
